1. Services Overview
Archidood provides architecture portfolio coaching, tutoring, career guidance, educational content, and downloadable resources for architecture students and young professionals. Our Services include:
Website Content: Blog posts (Archichatter), visual galleries (Doodle Bank), and educational resources.
Free Resources: Downloadable tools such as the Portfolio Scorecard, Starter Kit, and other materials.
Paid Services: One-on-one tutoring sessions, portfolio reviews, admissions consulting, and related coaching services.
Digital Products: Templates, model kits, and other purchasable resources.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account and Registration
Some features of our Services may require you to provide your email address or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.
4. Tutoring Services
Booking and Payment
Tutoring sessions are booked through our website or scheduling system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All fees are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. We use third-party payment processors, and your use of those services is subject to their terms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Nature of Services
Our tutoring services provide educational guidance, portfolio feedback, and career advice. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to admission to any school, job offers, or grades. Success depends on many factors, including your own effort, skills, and circumstances beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on the Archidood website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, the Doodle Bank images, blog posts, templates, and software, is the property of Archidood or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Doodle Bank Content
The AI-generated architectural imagery in the Doodle Bank is created by Archidood and is owned by Archidood. You may share Doodle Bank images on social media with proper attribution to Archidood, but you may not use them for commercial purposes, sell them, or claim them as your own work without written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any portfolio materials, projects, or other content you share with us during tutoring sessions. By sharing such content, you grant us a limited license to view and provide feedback on that content for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not share your work publicly or use it for marketing without your explicit permission.
6. Downloadable Resources and Digital Products
When you download free resources or purchase digital products from Archidood, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials for your own educational and portfolio development purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these materials with others without our permission.
Digital products are provided "as is." Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is materially defective or not as described.
7. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Products
Our website contains links to third-party products and services. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them. We only recommend products and services we believe are valuable to architecture students and enthusiasts. However, we are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any third-party products or services. Your purchase and use of third-party products are subject to those parties' terms and conditions.
8. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHIDOOD AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Archidood and its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of our Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in the courts located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
